NMC Hires New Director of National Sales, Industry Veteran Nicola Oakie


    National Monitoring Center (NMC) appoints industry veteran Nicola Oakie as new Director of National Sales, as part of their key growth initiative.

    Oakie Has over twenty years of security industry experience, starting her career at ADI. She is the former owner of W.I.T. Marketing Group, LLC which sold and marketed security, CCTV and access control products for manufacturers such as Samsung, Speco, Open Eye.  In 2011, she became partners with Larry Folsom in his security installation company American Video and Security as General Manager. American Video and Security was selected by Security Dealer & Integrator magazine 2012, 2013, and 2014 Fast 50. American Video and Security sold in 2016 so that she could join forces and help grow I-View Now. Most recently, she was the Director of Business Development for I-View Now where she lead in the support of Dealer Support and Training and Marketing.

    Her addition positions NMC for sustained growth, expanding its strategic salesforce adding new dealers and supporting existing dealers with additional services, including the explosive video monitoring sector of the industry.

    Oakie will be involved in developing and implementing an overall corporate sales strategy, directly engaging and managing the sales team, and translating the company’s business objectives into strategies that drive dealer revenue.
