
Michael Schubert, President
Schubert, a co-founder
of NMC, began his career in the security industry in 1980 with
National Alarm Computer Center, Inc. (NACC), starting as an alarm
room dispatcher and then moving through various supervisory and
management positions. He was named president of NACC in 1993 and
is a nationally known leader in the security industry. Schubert
has a commitment to quality service and aggressive sales and marketing,
he was recognized as a finalist for the Orange County Entrepreneur
of the Year Award in 1999.
Woodie Andrawos, Executive Vice President
Andrawos,
also a co-founder of NMC, has an extensive background in financial
services and management in the security industry. He served as Billing/Credit
Manager for National Alarm Computer Center, Inc. (NACC) and
was promoted to General Manager of its financial services division.
He was named vice president of NACC in 1995, and was responsible
for all financial divisions and operations of the company,
including dealer finance, billing and collections. He
has a bachelor's degree in Computer Science and a master's degree
in Software Engineering from National University in San Diego, California.
Sharon Elder, Vice President of Sales
Elder began her security career in 1980 with
Yuasa Battery. Her industry experience delivers a level
of commitment to the markets we serve. Active in the alarm associations she is currently working
with law enforcement agencies in many jurisdictions to cooperatively
reduce false alarms.
Frank Farag, CFO
Farag
has worked in the financial management field for 15 years. He began
his career in public accounting as an auditor for Equifax Corporation.
He moved his way up in the corporate ladder from a junior accountant
at Birtcher Development to the position of controller and CFO at
various private manufacturing companies. Farag's
well-rounded financial management background has made him a strong
financial leader at NMC.
Todd Shuff, Director of Operations
Shuff began
his career in the security industry in 1989 with National Alarm Computer Center,
Inc. (NACC), starting as an alarm room dispatcher and then moving through various
supervisory and management positions. He has been with NMC since its founding in
2001 and has extensive experience in operations and central station management.
His ability to communicate and manage the business of alarm companies doing
business with NMC has ensured growth and retention of accounts.
Scott Schubert, Director of Telecommunications
Schubert
managed the technical services and support operation for NACC since
1986 before coming to NMC since its inception in 2001.
He developed programs to enhance the interface between alarm companies
and manufacturers of products. His department was designated as
a primary testing facility by manufacturers for new products.
Demian Valle, IT Manager
Valle graduated from the University of California, Irvine in 1999
and began his career in the security industry with
Monitoring Automation Systems (MAS) in 2001, where he was responsible for training
and implementation of the MASterMind Monitoring software platform. In 2004, he was
hired as IT Manager for NMC, where his responsibilities
include software development, database management, web design and other engineering
projects. He also assists dealers with MASweb, signal formats, receiver questions
and any other technical concerns that might arise.
Grant Graham, Operations Manager
Graham began his career with NMC
as an entry level dispatcher in December of 2001. As an alarm room dispatcher,
he quickly progressed and was promoted to a lead supervisory position. During
his tenure as the lead supervisor, he consistently maintained a combination of
high levels in customer satisfaction, employee retention and met the steep
standards of NMC’s customer response service goals. In 2004 he was promoted to
Operations Manager. During his tenure, he has implemented several different
programs to help ensure that the needs of NMC’s customers
are met. His dedication to ensuring that all callers and account needs are
satisfied, along with the ability to manage the requirements of the operation has
helped NMC retain its reputation as the premier wholesale
central station in the industry.
Stefan Rayner, Texas Central Station Manager
Rayner began his career in the security industry in 1985 with
National Alarm Computer Center (NACC). Stefan was quickly promoted through several
positions to Operations Manager in 1989. In 1992 he joined Monitoring Automation
Systems (MAS) with their code red-support team where he remained until his return
to NACC in 1997 managing the Engineering and communications department. He
joined NMC in 2006 and has relocated to Irving, TX to manage the Texas operation.
Evelyn Humphrey, Dealer Support Services Manager
Humphrey began her career in the security industry in 1994
with National Alarm Computer Center, Inc. (NACC) starting as the Billing
& Collection Supervisor. Prior to her employment with NACC, she had 10 years
of extensive knowledge in the collection industry. She was promoted to the
Billing & Collection Manager in 1995. In 2004, she left NACC to join NMC as
the Dealer Support Services Manager.
