Each operator is thoroughly trained in handling all monitoring situations - alarm response and account data as well as remote video monitoring. In fact, every operator can serve as the backup to any other operator in both locations - California and Texas. Operator stations are ergonomically designed to alleviate stress and to keep operators comfortable, efficient and alert.
